We want you to love your Aloha apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then download and print the prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
